Sectra applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (“the Code”). The Corporate Governance Reports are prepared in accordance with the rules of the Code and the application instructions stipulated in Swedish legislation and the Code itself.

Below you find Corporate Governance Report from 2011–2020. From 2021, the Corporate Governance Reports are included in our Annual Reports and Sustainability reports.
