2024 share redemption procedure

October 4-25, 2024

The 2024 Annual General Meeting has resolved that SEK 1.10 per share be distributed to the shareholders through a 2:1 share split, combined with a mandatory redemption process and a bonus issue to restore the share capital.

Ordinary shares and fractional shares will change ISIN codes during the redemption procedure in connection with the record day for split, which is October 8, 2024. From October 7 the shares is trading with new ISIN.
