Auditor
External auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting for a term of one year.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) has appointed Ernst & Young AB, with chief supervising auditor Andreas Troberg in charge, as the company’s auditor. Ernst & Young AB has been Sectra’s auditor since 2020.
Fees to auditors are paid on the basis of invoices received, in accordance with an AGM resolution.
